'Love Island Games' viewers criticize islanders on Peacock show for saving Johnny Middlebrooks from elimination
SUVA, FIJI: Johnny Middlebrooks has been continuously advancing through all the challenges in 'Love Island Games'.
In the latest episode of the Peacock show, Jack Fowler, Justine Ndiba, Cely Vazquez and Eyal Booker, team up against Imani Ayan and Ray Gantt during 'Carnival' to get them in the bottom.
However, the viewers fumed over the islanders for not targeting Johnny Middlebrooks which has saved him constantly from being dumped. A viewer tweeted, "Okay why is Johnny still in that villa that’s what I want to know 😭."
Another critic noted, "If Johnny ends up winning this whole damn show I will NEVER forgive these OG’s for keeping him as long as they are." Another person added, "What pissed me off the most is I have to continuously bare witness to Johnny being SAVED! LIKE WHYYYYYY 😭."
Another social media user said, "Johnny is basically getting a free ride to winning this season. He should have been the target."
Another follower wrote, "Right, people are not focusing on Johnny enough for me! #LoveIslandGames How is he not vulnerable!"

Johnny Middlebrooks addresses being a 'villain' of 'Love Island Games'
'Love Island Games' islander Johnny Middlebrooks has earned 'villain' status for his constantly switching his partners. Johnny had played his moves since entering the villa.
He first set his eyes on Liberty Poole before coupling up with Jessica Losurdo and then switched to bombshell, Courtney Lynn. However, he recently sparked a connection with Aurelia Lamprecht.
In a recent interview, Johnny addressed his 'villain' status noting that he is totally fine with the villain status. He said, "Y'all can say I'm the villain. Y'all can hate me. Y'all can love me. Whatever you want to do. But I promise you I'm bringing the energy on this season."
Johnny added, "If it wasn't for me, this season would be boring. And I'ma stand on that. Because to be honest, everyone else is playing it safe, and I'm doing what I gotta do to get to the bag."
Johnny Middlebrooks couples up with Aurelia Lamprecht
After ditching his connection with Courtney Lynn, Johnny Middlebrooks coupled up with Aurelia Lamprecht. Johnny and Aurelia also shared an intimate moment as they made out after they coupled up.
Additionally, Aurelia said that she had a 'soul' connection with Johnny. Still, it would be interesting to see if Johnny and Aurelia's connection works out outside the villa as well.
'Love Island Games' Season 1 airs six days a week, from Sunday to Friday, at 9 pm ET on Peacock.
