‘Loki’ Season 2 first look wearing tuxedo with ruffled shirt is straight out of Victorian-era England
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The second season of 'Loki' will premiere on Disney+ very soon. While the return of the Asgardian trickster (Tom Hiddleston), Sylvie (Sophia di Martino), and Mobius (Owen Wilson) has already been made known, it appears that another well-known character will be making a comeback when the show returns for its second season. In a new commercial looking at all the new shows coming to Disney+ this year, some new 'Loki' clips feature the return of at least one Time-Keeper.
This time, a writer's room headed by Eric Martin was responsible for 'Loki' Season 2; the directors of 'Moon Knight,' Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, took over.

In the new video posted by Disney+, the titular protagonist Loki can be seen stabbing a wall where a mural of the three Time-Keepers is visible. One of the puppets' severed heads is visible in the foreground. In another clip, viewers see the God of Mischief sporting a tuxedo with a ruffled shirt and an appearance that feels straight out of Victorian-era England.

Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead take over Kate Herron
The two replace Kate Herron, who left the property to concentrate on other projects. In an interview with Variety, Herron had said, "I was on the show for like three years in total. I just felt like I poured everything into it," She added, "It's almost like a campfire story that every filmmaker kind of brings their take and their perspective. I just felt like I gave so much to this. I was like, 'You know what, I feel like this was my effort for Loki.' I felt like having someone new and with fresh eyes — that, for me, is what will make a good season."
According to ComicBook, Michael Waldron, head writer of 'Loki' Season 1 said, "Benson and Morehead, I know those guys. They're great. They're brilliant in their own right. You know, I think they're going to come in and they're going to do what everybody on this project does, which is to elevate, you know? Then they'll take what was great about it and fit it with their own awesome instincts and everything and hopefully will make something even better."
When does Season 2 of 'Loki' premiere?
The MCU's first streaming series to receive a second season, 'Loki' has yet to receive an official release date but is expected to arrive this summer.
