Chris Marek and Amy Roloff have been going strong as the pair is all set to celebrate their three year anniversary. The two have had the best time together and with Amy getting the pressure to move out of the house, she already had a lot on her plate. However, one thing that has been constant in her life is Chris.

Chris had previously confessed to the camera that he was planning to propose to Amy on the day of their three-year anniversary. However, before proposing, he knew that he had to make sure he had the perfect ring with him. Chris revealed that he had already picked the diamond and had to make sure that he made the ring made on time.

He decided to go to a jeweler and show him the diamond that he had picked. Chris revealed that there was a lot of hard work that went into it as he revealed it took him nearly two to three months to find a diamond that he knew would be fit for her. He later revealed the diamond to the camera and one thing that stood out was its heart shape design.

Chris revealed that there was a sweet story behind his decision to have it heart-shaped. He recalled that whenever he and Amy went to take a walk on the beach, Amy would often look for rocks and pebbles that were heart-shaped. Chris wanted this to be one of the best rocks that she had and one that she would keep with her forever.

While he had the diamond picked he still had to find the ring that would fit the diamond and make it into the perfect ring. Once he finally found it, he as happy and could not wait to make the proposal. Chris admitted that even though he has not been married before, he knew that Amy was the one for him.

He revealed that he never wanted to get married for the sake of just marrying. He suggested that marriage for him was special and had to be done with someone one really loved. While he admitted he had not found the perfect one before, everything changed once he met Amy and now, he is ready to take the next big step together.
