The thriller genre has its own global fanbase. A well-made thriller film with a captivating storyline can pique audiences to watch it. Lionsgate is bringing to screens an original survival thriller film ‘Fall’.

The plot of the film revolves around two best friends Becky and Hunter. For them, life has always been about facing their fears and pushing their limits. All set for new adventures, they both end up climbing 2,000 feet to the top of an abandoned radio tower. After climbing there, they are left stuck and stranded in the middle of a desert and on top of the tower with no way to go down. Before this film ‘Fall’ hits theatres in August 2022, audiences can also watch these thriller films like ‘Windfall’, ‘Interceptor’ and ‘Red Notice’.

The movie ‘Fall’ is releasing globally on August 12, 2022, in theatres.

What is the plot of ‘Fall’?

The plot of the film revolves about two best friends Becky (Grace Caroline Currey) and Hunter (Virginia Gardner). Life has always been about facing their fears heads on and conquering them as well. All set for facing their fear of heights, both Becky and Hunter ultimately end up climbing 2,000 feet to the top of a barely used radio tower. On reaching the top of the radio tower, they realize they're badly stuck over there in the middle of nowhere with no means to go down again. At that moment both Becky and Hunter’s life changes into a living nightmare. They both have to fight for their survival in face of lack of supplies and also fight their fear of heights in this adrenaline-filled thriller.

The official synopsis reads, “For best friends Becky (Grace Caroline Currey) and Hunter (Virginia Gardner), life is all about conquering fears and pushing limits. But after they climb 2,000 feet to the top of a remote, abandoned radio tower, they find themselves stranded with no way down. Now Becky and Hunter’s expert climbing skills will be put to the ultimate test as they desperately fight to survive the elements, a lack of supplies, and vertigo-inducing heights in this adrenaline-fueled thriller co-starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan”.

Grace Caroline Currey as Becky

The 25-year-old American actress Grace Caroline Currey started her career as a childhood actor with CBS American dramedy series ‘That’s Life’. Her breakthrough happened with the CBS drama series ‘Ghost Whisperer’. She also had roles in ‘Bones’, ‘Awkward’, ‘Revenge’ and so on. Her filmography lists films like ‘Annabelle: Creation’, ‘Shazam’, ‘Vampire Dad’, ‘The Mystery of Natalie Wood’, ‘Back When We Were Grownups’ to her credit. 



 

The star cast of ‘Fall’ also includes Virginia Gardner, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Mason Gooding, Julia Pace Mitchell and Jasper Cole.
