'Legacies': Landon and Hope take centre stage when the show returns for episode 8

Last week's episode was all about Hope and this one yet again, lets her take center stage. As for Landon, he's finally becoming the character we've all been waiting for.

It looks like 'Legacies' is becoming a frequent visitor to New Orleans. When the show returns from its fall break in January, it looks like Hope Mikaelson will visit the city where it all started for 'The Vampire Diaries/ The Originals', but in flesh and blood this time. Last week for the midseason finale, we did visit the Rousseau's at the French Quarter, but it was as a part of Hope's journey into The Necromancer's subconscious.

In the next episode of CW's 'Legacies', episode 8 in the series, will take Hope in the search for Landon Kirby, who had earlier been kicked out of Salvatore School for the Young and the Gifted. Hope had sent him to New Orleans to a friend, although it was never revealed who this secret ally was. Speculation was that it was Marcel Gerard, the Mikaelson's brother from another mother, because of how good he was with kids in 'The Originals'. We don't really know for sure though - maybe this upcoming episode will tell us where Landon landed up after he left on the bus from Mystic Falls.
