'Teen Mom 2': Leah worries about Ali's deteriorating health, fans slam baby daddy Corey for not showing up
Leah Messer was hit with pretty heartbreaking news in the latest episode of ‘Teen Mom 2’, just as her sister was going into labor. The episode was an emotional one as Leah was forced to balance her growing concerns for daughter Ali and supporting her sister during delivery of her child. Leah finds out that Ali was in a lot of pain due to her bad foot. Leah sets some time aside and takes her daughter to see the doctor even though her sister, Victoria, was about to go into labor.
Ali suffers from a condition called muscular dystrophy and as they were headed to the doctor, she informed her mother that her foot hurt really bad and that it became more intense after the terrible fall she had. Teen mom Leah couldn't stop herself from tearing up at that. Little Ali further explained that she screamed louder than she ever had before, when she fell. Leah did her best to support her daughter and praised her by saying how “strong” she is and how “proud” she is of her. It was a bittersweet moment, and one that’ll continue next week when Leah gets some answers from Ali’s doctor.

It was a bittersweet moment, and one that’ll continue next week when Leah gets some answers from Ali’s doctor. Seeing Leah's situation, fans had mixed views. Some empathized with her as one wrote, “I CANNOT get over Leah’s strength. She’s literally a super mom.”
“My heart is breaking for Leah and Ali .. and the entire family really. She has so much on her plate and the struggle will continue with Ali as time progresses,” wrote another.

Even though most comments on Twitter were supportive of Leah's situation, others were quick to slam baby daddy, Corey, for not showing up and even Leah’s sister Victoria for some of her comments. “I’m annoyed that Leah is at the hospital with her sister. Tell Corey about the DR but Corey doesn’t offer to take her while Leah is there,” wrote one user. “Did Leah’s sister seriously compare Ali to Forrest Gump?” wrote another.
