However, the reality star received social media trolls over her "poor grammar."
Kim Kardashian utilized her Instagram Stories to post a collection of throwback photos featuring Sara. Among these, she shared a snapshot of her and Sara on Sara's birthday, accompanied by the caption, "Wishing my step step-sister a belated happy birthday."
She added, "We would joke as kids we had to be related since her dad was nice married to my step brothers mom." She elaborated, "Or my stepdadd ex-wife's new husband was her dad anyway, our family runs deep but our laughs run deeper." Kim shared another photo with her sister Kendall Jenner and Sara all sporting black dresses.
