LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Keanu Reeves has spoken candidly about his four all-time favorite films. When promoting his most recent movie, 'John Wick: Chapter 4', the 58-year-old actor was asked to list his top four movies while he was attempting to shelter himself from the rain.

The actor responded by saying, "Four favorite films... I don't know. I'll do some that had some impact in the past." 'Eraserhead' by David Lynch was Reeves' first pick. The movie, which is Lynch's debut feature, tells the tale of a man who has a personal crisis as he considers becoming a father. His second pick was the 'Star Wars' series as another one of his main inspirations.

Reeve's other noteworthy choices

'The Godfather' film series was another noteworthy choice made by Reeves. Over the years, critics have lauded the tale of Michael Corleone's (Al Pacino) notorious journey to becoming a powerful villain. After working with Pacino in 'Devils Advocate', Reeves described the entire film as a learning experience. He told, “I knew by working with [him] I could only raise my game, so to speak. We work in totally different ways but our relationship was, for me anyway, fantastic. I had some of the best times of my life with him," as per TheThings. Reeves' final pick was 1973’s 'Serpico'. The real drama depicts the struggles of New York police officer Frank Serpico against divisional corruption.

Reeves paid homage to Lance Reddick

Reeves gave an emotional homage to his late co-star Lance Reddick on Monday, March 20, at the Los Angeles premiere of the most recent 'John Wick movie. Working with Reddick, who was also recognized for parts in iconic American series 'The Wire and Lost', according to Reeves, "every day was unique." The actor died only a few days before 'John Wick' 4's debut. At the premiere, Reeves talked about his late co-star in a tearful manner while wearing a blue ribbon. "Every time you were in his presence, he was such a special person, special artist, and he had a grace and dignity, and a passion for life and his craft," the star told. "Just to be in his light and to be in his presence and get a chance to work with him every day was special," as per Ladbible
