KCON 2022 Saudi Arabia: Date, venue, and lineup including Ateez, Rain, The Boyz, NewJeans, and more
RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA: The biggest K-pop festival in the world, KCON 2022, has come to an end in Los Angeles, and will now move away from the US and kickstart its final leg in Tokyo, Japan. However, much to the surprise of fans, the event is going to take a short detour in the middle and move to the middle east. On September 8, KCON officially announced that the show will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a period of two days at the end of this month. The CJ ENM K-pop concert has now become a popular brand in itself as fans attend the star-studded event in large numbers.
Ateez, Stray Kids, IVE, and Kep1er were among the popular fourth-gen groups present in the Seoul and US leg of the festival in the last few months. The premiere of KCON 2022 was held in May in Seoul, South Korea, while the second leg of the tour kicked off in the US in August. After a short break, KCON will be hosting a two-day show in Saudi Arabia before finally making a comeback for its final leg in Japan in October 2022 with a three-day concert. On September 8, CJ ENM announced the show dates, venue, and the first lineup of the Saudi Arabian concert featuring popular K-pop idols.

Dates
The KCON 2022 Saudi Arabia show will take place on September 30 and October 1. The timings of the show will be revealed in the days to come.
Venue
The show will be held at The Boulevard Riyadh City in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on both days. The venue is a 220-acre perennial entertainment and recreational complex in the Hittin neighborhood of Riyadh that operates primarily during the annual Riyadh Season entertainment festival every October.
KCON 2022 Saudi Arabia will host its first-ever middle east show after 2016's Abu Dhabi show which was attended by 8000 spectators and included acts like BTS, Monsta X, Taeyeon, and more rookie idols from the time.

Performances, red carpet, and other events will be live-streamed or uploaded on the YouTube channels of KCON Official and Mnet K-POP.
Tickets
The show has yet to announce the dates when the tickets for KCON 2022's Saudi Arabian leg will be put on pre-sale. More updates will be announced when CJ ENM releases them.

KCON 2022 Saudi Arabia has revealed the first lineup for the music festival. However, there could be more artists that will be added to the show's final lineup.
