'Cool Dad' Kanye West takes children to school in FIRE TRUCK on 'The Kardashians'

Kanye impressed fans when he arrived at Kim Kardashian's house with an unusual mode of transportation to take the kids to school

Kanye "Ye" West added his signature flair to a school run by hiring a fire truck to transport his four children. The adorable moment was shown in the latest episode of 'The Kardashians' as ex wife Kim Kardashian looked pleased after watching her ex-husband drop their children off at school.

Fans got to watch a tender moment of parenthood from the rapper, who is now officially known as Ye, on a new episode of the Kardashian-Jenner family series. The rapper turned a routine everyday activity into a joyous one for his four kids -- three-year-old Psalm, four-year-old Chicago, six-year-old Saint, and eight-year-old North, who are all shown stepping out of their driveway to a large red fire truck that Ye leased to take his children to school.

He made a rare cameo in the newest episode of 'The Kardashians', which airs on Hulu, and was seen telling former sister-in-law Khloé Kardashian about his plans.

Meanwhile, Kim revealed where the couple was in their relationship in a VT, after earlier stating that the Grammy winner had 'stormed off' after her 'Saturday Night Live' performance and later compared her to Marge Simpson. Kim added that Ye arrived at her house to pick up the kids and take them to school - an activity she said he enjoyed doing.

Kim said that despite all the things that happened between her and Kanye she wants her children to spend as much time as possible with their father and to enjoy their mornings with him before being dropped off at school.

In a later scene in the episode, a massive red fire truck draws up to the house with sirens wailing. The kids seemed enthused by the change in routine, sporting fire helmets and shouting as they made their way to class. Ye tells the camera that he believes some individuals are too afraid to be superdads. "Everybody wants to be a cool dad, and sometimes you’ve just got to wear the fire hat… Sometimes you’ve got to wear the Easter bunny costume," Ye said.

And it appears that Ye had as much fun as his children on the fire truck journey. He not only wore the firefighting gear, but he also enthusiastically captured photos of his children enjoying the amazing ride. Kim divorced the father-of-four in February of last year, following six years of marriage — and has since moved on with Pete Davidson. Ye had earlier slammed the SNL comic in now-deleted Instagram posts, but has kept away from the public eye in recent weeks.

Fans flocked to Twitter to express their delight at seeing Ye spend time with his family. One of them wrote on Twitter: "Kanye is such a COOL dad fire truck Being a kid, these are the memories they will CHERISH forever. I want more of Kanye + his kids on my."

Another twitter user found the moment to be cute and wrote: "Cute moment with you and Kanye with children at fire station." A Ye fan found his gesture to be adorable and tweeted: "Man Kanye is mad adorable in this episode of the kardashians he seems so chill and nice." One of the fans of the show even went on to share their liking for the rapper this season, writing: "I actually like that Kanye is in this season of the kardashians"
