LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'The Mandalorian' is coming back on Disney+ with its much-awaited second season. Previous, Marvel star Jon Favreau spilled some beans on the timespan difference between Seasons 1 and 2 before the series aired on the streaming giant. The upcoming season which also stars Giancarlo Esposito, Carl Weathers, Katee Sackhoff, Emily Swallow, Omid Abtahi, Amy Sedaris, Christopher Lloyd, and Tim Meadows sees Grogu and Din head to the planet of Mandalore so that Din can regain his honor and become a Mandalorian once again while being pursued by Bo-Katan (Sackhoff) on their journey.
Regardless, HBO's 'The Last of Us' star, Pedro Pascal has been doing great for him in the post-apocalyptic series. The director and executive producer Rick Famuyiwa recently revealed that 'The Mandalorian' Season 3 is the end of a chapter since meeting Din Djarin and Grogu and explains how the use of volume technology changed the “size and ambition” of the show since previous seasons. What to expect from Season 3?
In Season 3 of the 'Star Wars' series, we’re heading for Mandalore. After Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) was cast from his clan for breaking their creed and removing his helmet at the end of Season 2, Mando was informed by The Armorer (Emily Swallow) that he must travel to Mandalore in order to restore his honor. Having reunited with Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) in The Book of Boba Fett, after his adopted child chose to leave his Jedi training, and equipped with the Darksaber and a brand-new N-1 starfighter, 'The Mandalorian’s next adventure is for redemption. Season 3 also sees the return of Giancarlo Esposito, Katee Sackhoff, Carl Weathers (who also serves as a series director), and Amy Sedaris welcomes the beloved Christopher Lloyd to the 'Star Wars' universe in an undisclosed role.
