UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: 'The Voice' Season 24 coach Niall Horan was mesmerized seeing how Calla Prejean and Chechi Sarai made such a tough song look so flawless during their Battle round as both sang 'I'll Never Love Again' by Lady Gaga.

Praising Calla's note, Horan claimed her voice to be "really compelling." The coach instantly realized he was using John Legend's words and said, "I'm basically turning into a thesaurus because of John Legend."

He continued saying that sometimes he goes home and Googles everything Legend says. 'All of Me' singer then flaunted his education, saying, "I was an English major, this is you know..."

Horan then compares his educational qualification to Legend, stating, "And, I didn't finish high school." The latter laughed and went silent, seeing Horan compare their education achievements.

Niall Horan asks Gwen Stefani to apologize for making Calla Prejean and Chechi Sarai choose such a tough song

Gwen Stefani made Calla Prejean and Chechi Sarai compete against each other in the Battles round, making them perform 'I'll Never Love Again' by Lady Gaga. But, it seems Niall Horan thought Stefani did not do justice to the singers.

He looked towards Gwen as he said, "That's such a tough song to take on, first of all, she should really apologize."

However, Gwen cheekily replied, "I'm on 'The Voice,' you better bring it." Later, the coaches laughed it off as they praised the talents of Calla Prejean and Chechi Sarai.

'The Voice' Season 24 coach Gwen Stefani believes Chechi Sarai's performance was Grammy-worthy

Gwen Stefani began by praising Calla Prejean's voice, saying, "It was emotional, it was perfect, it was in tune, the look on your face, everything you did was perfection."

She then went on to praise Chechi Sarai's exceptional singing and stated, "That was like a Grammy's first verse. It was so good." However, the coach still saw a little bit of an "insecure" version of Chechi in her singing and claimed it "doesn't belong on that stage or in your life."

In a hilarious turn of events, Stefani claimed that "spanking" could easily bring Chechi on track, following which Legend interrupted and said, "Gwen, spank me," in a teasing way.

She went on to choose Chechi and eliminated Calla, and the former will be seen ahead in the Knockouts round.
