On the May 26 edition of the late night show, host Jimmy Kimmel welcomed actor and producer Lisa Kudrow as the special guest of the evening.

Kudrow is currently quarantining in her Los Angeles home with her son while her husband is in Palm Springs, taking care of their vacation home renovation. While talking about her quarantine life and how isolation is working out for her family, Kudrow mentioned that she and her husband Michel Stern will be celebrating 25 years of their marriage this May 27. Kimmel joked about how the 25th anniversary will be celebrated with "social distancing" and reminded her that the date coincides with the 'Friends' reunion special.

The reprisal of the iconic, cult sitcom was scheduled to be live on HBO Max, the all-new streaming service from Warner Bros productions which will become available from May 27, 2020. But as Kudrow declared, the reunion special has been postponed and will not be featured on the day as planned. The host and his guest also shared a laugh about how the reunion "is not meant to be". And that’s when he noticed some collectibles from ‘Friends’. Kudrow showed off a series of bobbleheads, designed on each character of the show.

Taking the conversation ahead, Kimmel asked if the actor ever picked up a prop from the set as memorabilia. Responding to her host, she showed off a 'Cookie Time' clock, which she got from her co-star Matthew Perry. There's a story attached to how she got the item, and it goes something like this. When wrapping up the shoot for the last season, a while before it was on air, Kudrow was shooting a scene where she had to say, "Oh! I gotta get going" and point out at the clock. What looked like a clock was actually a cookie jar with a clock dial and hands and it said 'Cookie Time'. Perry laughed about it and when they ended the shoot, he gave it to her as a takeaway gift from the set.

Kudrow also spoke about her upcoming Netflix series 'Space Force' where she will star alongside Steve Carell and John Malkovich, among others. The show is created by Carell along with Greg Daniels. Kudrow features as Carell’s wife.

Joining Kimmel on his late night show, Kudrow supported the charity Feeding America, which aims at helping those in food crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic.

'Jimmy Kimmel Live' now airs every weeknight at 11.35 am ET, right from his home. Catch up on the full episode later on ABC. Check your local listings for more updates and information.
