'RHOC’ star Vicki Gunvalson reveals the extremely personal question 'medical expert' asked her in hospital
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA: Vicki Gunvalson received the inaugural Wifetime Achievement Award at BravoCon 2023, and it's well-deserved. As a long-time Bravoleb, her contributions have been significant and admirable. Even after her departure from 'The Real Housewives of Orange County', she continues to be a fan favorite and will always be remembered fondly.
Vicki makes a cameo in Season 18, Episode 4 of 'RHOC' to visit her friend Shannon Storms Beador and provide an update on her life. "We have so much to catch up on. I have a staph infection." Vicki stated this as she went through the door.
She said, "The doctor didn't want me to leave the hospital, but I checked myself out because I'm very, very busy." The medical expert had additional concerns, but fortunately, these worries turned out to be unfounded. "He goes, 'How's your vagina?' I'm like, 'My vagina is perfect,'" continued Vicki.
Shannon explained to the insurance expert that she saw this as a sign from God to slow down. However, the professional preferred to continue living life at full speed. "I don't want to be slowing down because then you're sedentary. The grass is going to grow around you, and you're not going to be able to see through it," the OG of the OC described in a confessional.
She added, "I like being busy. I'm a type-A girl. I have enough money to retire if I wanted to, but what would I do?" Fans thrilled about Vicki's return took to X to express their thoughts, with one saying, "Vicki not having her orange back is a crime!!!" Another fan added, "I never thought I'd appreciate Vicki Gunvalson but here she is icing Tamra out of their lounge act with absolutely no regret and here I am, nodding like "alright, okay"."

'RHOC' alum Vicki Gunvalson hits back at Tamra Judge
In this season of 'RHOC', Vicki made her return but is not on good terms with her former amiga. After Tamra Judge announced her departure from Tres Amigas, Vicki and Shannon met on the August 1 episode of the popular Bravo reality show to discuss how to move forward with their live performance.
Tamra was upset with Shannon for continuing to drink after her September DUI arrest, leading her to decide not to participate in the remaining concerts. Shannon said to Vicki, "I've only had a very short convo with Tamra," and claimed Tamra wasn't interested in sitting down to talk things out.
“She has vinegar running through her veins and a black heart,” Vicki responded. Tamra mentioned that the evening's heavy alcohol content was one of the reasons she decided to leave, but the ladies continued to assert that they "had the showdown" with their skits and trio performances.
Vicki urged, "I think we can still do it," but Shannon was unsure. “Tamra didn’t have the balls to call me or Shannon to tell us that she didn’t want to be part of the show anymore,” Vicki then stated in her confessional. “It’ll be like Thelma and Louise and Ethel and Lucy and Laverne and Shirley. There were only two all the time anyway.”
After agreeing to move forward with their idea, which they named The Shannon and Vicki Show, the friends contacted the show manager to discuss how Tamra's absence might affect the show's viewership. “I definitely think there’s some fallout,” the manager responded.
Vicki went on to say that she still believed Tamra "owes it to us" to come back to the group. "I’m very upset with her," she murmured. "You don’t do this in business." Shannon concurred, "It’s a way to make additional income. I’ve got three kids in college, I’m still single." Then, before the scene ended, Shannon and Vicki sang together, "Just the two of us, we're the dos amigas."
