'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Season 4 is officially happening — here's everything we know so far
The Mormon Wives are set to return to your television screens super soon. According to a recent report by Deadline, Hulu has officially renewed 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ for a fourth season. The media outlet reported that the upcoming season of the hit reality show, scheduled to debut in 'early 2026', will consist of 20 episodes. The renewal news is not at all surprising, as the cast and crew of the show have been talking about getting back to filming during the promotion for 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Season 3, released earlier this month, on November 13.
Previously, Hulu stated that viewership of 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' just "grew season over season." However, the streamer didn't reveal the exact numbers publicly. For the unversed, 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' revolves around a group of Utah-based influencers as they navigate through their personal and professional life. The cast of the Hulu show includes Jen Affleck, Demi Engemann, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley, Jessi Draper Ngatikaura, Taylor Frankie Paul, Layla Taylor, and Miranda McWhorter.
In a conversation with Deadline, Jeff Jenkins, an executive producer of the show, stated that the MomTok influencers were already preparing to shoot through most of 2026. "If the appetite from the subscribers on Hulu remains high for this franchise, then we'll probably be shooting chunks of 10 episodes, kind of quasi back-to-back, with that one- or two-month break in between. We're very lucky to have an ensemble, like Jessi's been carrying the ball in [Season 3] with her really intense divorce drama. Taylor Frankie Paul carried the ball in the season before that, so there's always someone who's got big story breaking," Jenkins told the media outlet.
Elsewhere in the interview, Jenkins teased that a new cast member will be joining the clan for 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' Season 4. This will be the first time a new member will come on board since McWhorter joined the show in season 2. During an interview with Us Weekly, McWhorter revealed the reason behind joining the show, saying, "A lot was going through my mind, coming back, obviously. I think, especially through the first season, I tossed the idea back and forth, and ultimately I decided that it wasn’t a good fit. I think there are a lot of reasons for that. I wasn't quite going through a divorce at the time of the decision-making process, but had I decided to, my divorce would've been on [the show], and I think that would've been very difficult. Reality TV isn't always great for relationships."
