PACIFIC HARBOUR, FIJI: 'Love Island USA' Season 5 viewers had an ultimate ride of entertainment especially after the islanders headed to Casa Amor to meet new bombshells.

Multiple islanders pursued new romances while some of them, including Kassy Castillo and Vickala 'Kay Kay' Gray remained committed to their villa partners.

However, the latest recoupling changed things for Carsten 'Bergie' Bergersen, who was single since 'Love Island USA' Season 5 kicked off.

Casa Amor bombshell Taylor Nicole Smith who showed her interest in Bergie from the day she entered the villa ended up coupling up with him.

Bergie has been single on the show after failing to couple up with anyone and striking out with other contestants, including Carmen Kocourek earlier in the season. But things appear to be changing for him.

After multiple failed attempts and being friend-zoned, Bergie finally found someone in the villa. During the Casa Amor twist, Bergie met two new bombshells, Taylor and Allie Ryan.

While Allie friend-zoned Bergie, Taylor opted to explore the connection with him. Notably, during a raunchy challenge, Bergie and Taylor were sent into the hideaway and had a steamy night together.

After spending exciting days and nights, Bergie decided to couple up with Taylor during the latest re-coupling twist.

Although Bergie and Taylor had a matching vibe, 'Love Island USA' Season 5 viewers doubt their connection. The social media users accused Taylor that she has been coupled up with Bergie just to remain in the villa.

A Twitter user wrote, "This girl is just using Bergie to get to the villa 😂." Another viewer said, "You can’t convince me this woman is attracted to Bergie." "Taylor better not be playing our Bergie just to get into the Villa," added another person.

Another user penned, "My poor man Bergie is always getting used…" Another critic tweeted, "One thing I doooo know is this girl better not be using Bergie to stay in the villa… she will be VOTED CLEAN OUT!!" Another viewer noted, "Taylor [is] the only smart one. bergie is guaranteed to win."

'Love Island USA' Season 5 premiered on Peacock on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. During premiere week, new episodes will be available to stream every day at 9 pm ET.

Subsequently, new episodes will be released on Thursdays through Tuesdays on Peacock.
