AGOURA HILLS, CALIFORNIA: 'The Bachelor' Season 28 contestant Lexi Young recently revealed that she was diagnosed with stage 5 endometriosis. She was afraid of elimination as she planned to open up about her fertility issue.

Lexi and Joey Graziadei enjoyed their romantic date in Malta. The duo went for shopping, visited a church and had a romantic dinner. However, during the dinner date, Lexi revealed her medical diagnosis to Joey. She shared, "So my whole life, I've always been work, work, work. I moved to San Franciso after college."

She explained, "I started my job. Everything is great. I ultimately ended moving over to New York and when I got there, I like fell pretty ill." Lexi continued, "And it was about a year and a half of not knowing what was going on with me."

She shared, "So fast forward, I ended up meeting a doctor in New York and they put me into surgery to kind of figure out what's going on and I find out that I'm diagnosed with stage 5 Endometriosis." Lexi further noted that her ex-boyfriend left her after he found out that she could not give birth to a child.
