'Boys Over Flowers' star Lee Min-ho is allegedly dating former Momoland member Yeonwoo after the duo was spotted going out on a movie date. The news was reported by Dispatch. In response, the K-drama actor’s agency MYM Entertainment commented, “It is not true that they are in a relationship. They are just acquaintances.” The agency clarified regarding the photos, “It wasn’t just the two of them, and there were other friends present at the time. They are not photos of a date.”
Reports by Dispatch claimed, the alleged couple has been dating for about five months and were even spotted recently on a casual movie date. While Lee Min-ho was pictured wearing loose-fitting shorts and a tee, Yeonwoo donned athleisure wear. According to the report, Min-ho played the perfect date and picked up his lady love drove her to the movie theatre in Coex.

The duo, who got romantically involved during the lockdown, had most of their dates indoors at each other's houses that are just walking distance away, claimed reports. Min-ho even held an intimate midnight birthday bash for Yeonwoo at his residence on August 1, 2021. According to the sources that are close to the couple, Min-ho is actually dating the singer and actress and credited their shared interests for bringing them closer. The source said in a statement, "Lee Min-ho and Yeonwoo both enjoy playing video games and watching movies. Their common interests made them even closer." It was also revealed that the hunk doesn't like to hide his relationship so he prefers to take his lady love on dates in public.
Min-ho, who is known for his roles in 'City Hunter', 'The Heirs' and 'Legend of the Blue Sea', injured his thigh in a car accident in 2006, after which he served as a public service worker. In May 2017, Min-ho started his military service as a public service worker (gong-ik). He then entered the Korea Army Training Center in Nonsan, South Chungcheong Province on March 15, 2018. The actor completed his four-week basic training on April 12, 2018. Min-ho first became famous in South Korea and other parts of Asia after his lead role as Gu Jun-Pyo in the Korean drama 'Boys Over Flowers' in 2009.
Lee Da-bin who is better known by her stage name Yeonwoo is managed by MLD Entertainment and is a former member of the girl group Momoland. Yeonwoo has acted in television dramas, including 'Pegasus Market' (2019), 'Touch' (2020), and 'Cheat on Me If You Can' (2020). Meanwhile, Yeonwoo’s agency MLD Entertainment has yet to comment on the matter.
