NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Sean Hannity recently reacted to Hunter Biden’s recent request demanding a public House testimony on ‘Hannity’ and called out President Joe Biden for “throwing his son under the bus.”

This came after the President’s son agreed to comply with a subpoena issued by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer which requested for a closed-door deposition instead of a public hearing.

However, according to the letter sent to the committee on Tuesday, November 28, Hunter is demanding to testify publicly.

The letter written by Hunter’s attorney Abbe Lowell read, “We have seen you use closed door sessions to manipulate, even distort the facts and misinform the public."

"We therefore propose opening the door. If, as you claim, your efforts are important and involve issues that Americans should know about, then let light shine on the proceedings,” the letter further read.

Following this news, Hannity took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his take on ‘Desperate Times’ of Hunter and slamming POTUS.

However, the internet did not respond well to his remark on Joe Biden ‘throwing his son under the bus’ as several X users backfired on Fox News host.

Sean Hannity calls out Joe Biden for ‘throwing his son under the bus’

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “Is Biden ready to throw his son under the bus?”

Hannity’s tweet featured a video from his take on Hunter Biden trying to dodge a subpoena after his request for public testimony.

He began his segment by adding, “Hunter Biden is back in the news and not for his world-renowned artwork.”

“Now, tonight, the president's 53-year-old son is attempting to dodge what is a House subpoena. Now, Hunter's lawyers say that their client is willing to only appear for a public hearing before the House of Representatives, not a closed-door deposition as the law requires,” Hannity added.

He continued, “Now, if you or I would receive a subpoena from Congress, we would be forced to comply or we would be facing possible jail time, but Hunter seems to think he's above the law.”

Hannity then slammed Hunter saying, “Well, I wonder where he got that impression from. Maybe it was the attempted sweetheart plea deal with David Weiss or David Weiss allowing the statute of limitations to pass.”

“Or maybe his daddy's DOJ running out the clock on many of Hunter's serious tax violations or Hunter's ability to purchase massive quantities of drugs and hire foreign prostitutes with zero legal consequences whatsoever," he added.

He further said, “Or possibly, it was all that money that Hunter took in from America's geopolitical foes like Russia and China and Romania, etc., while his father was in a position of great power and great influence, all while apparently not paying quite a bit of money in taxes and on a lot of income.”

Hannity continued to bash Hunter, “That has to be resolved. All of this for work that he has zero experience in at a time where he was admittedly addicted to drugs.”

“While the very liberal and biased and politicized and weaponized Biden DOJ drags its feet, the Republican House is taking action,” said Hannity.

Hannity concluded, “Contrary to what Democrats would have you believe, the GOP's impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden is very serious.”

Internet blasts Sean Hannity after his comment on Joe Biden

After Sean Hannity called out Joe Biden for "throwing his son under the bus" following Hunter Biden’s public testimony request, several X users fired back at the Fox News anchor.

One person wrote, “Fathers do not toss their children under anything,” and another added, “He doesn’t need to but my bet would be NO if it came down to it. Biden is a loving father and a conscientious human. He’ll always do the right thing.”

One more X user had a similar opinion, “He would never do that!” and another pointed at Donald Trump saying, “Gaslighting only a Trump would do that. Biden actually loves his son. Oops.”

One brutally mocked Hannity adding, “Biden actually loves his kids. I know you may not know what that looks like,” and another said, “You’re mad, Sean.”

“Sean Hannity please retire. You are not a journalist, you lie very easily, you have zero integrity,” slammed another X user.
