BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Kyle Richards has kicked off the new year with a bang.

'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star recently shared on her Instagram page that she has been nominated for the People's Choice Reality TV Star of the Year Award. 

In addition to this, the TV personality also revealed that Bravo's popular show 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star has also bagged a nomination for People Choice's Reality TV Show of the Year.

"This was a nice birthday gift 💝 Thank you @peopleschoice for the Reality TV Star Of The Year nomination. As well as the nomination for Reality TV Show Of The Year nomination for RHOBH . I’m honored & grateful 🙏 Voting starts today. Link in bio," she wrote in the caption of the Instagram post.

Other nominees in the Reality TV Star of the Year category are as follows: Ariana Madix ('Vanderpump Rules'), Chrishell Stause ('Selling Sunset'), Garcelle Beauvais ('The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'), Kandi Burruss ('The Real Housewives of Atlanta'), Khloé Kardashian ('The Kardashians'). Kim Kardashian ('The Kardashians') and Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino ('Jersey Shore Family Vacation').

Soon after, the netizens shared their stance on Kyle's nomination.

One social media user wrote, "I don't think so."

Another user chimed in, "That would be a no. Sorry."

A comment read, "For What?"

A user quipped, "Who the F nominated her?"

Followed by a user who penned, "Voting for Garcelle."

'RHOBH' Season 13 records low live ratings

'RHOBH' had the lowest live ratings, but the delayed viewing numbers for the Season 13 premiere are impressive, making it the most-watched Real Housewives premiere since 2020, as per TV Deets.

According to NBCUniversal, the Season 13 premiere of 'RHOBH' was watched by 2.5 million viewers within three days on various platforms.

'RHOBH' attracted an impressive 1.2 million viewers in the crucial 18-49 age group.

As per NBC Universal's press release, the viewership for the first episode of Season 13 of 'RHOBH' was higher than the previous season's premiere, with a 7% increase in total viewers and a 12% increase in viewers within the desired demographic.

The star cast of 'RHOBH' Season 13 includes Annemarie Wiley, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

 Is ‘RHOBH’ star Kyle Richards planning to leave Hollywood?

It seems like Kyle Richards is ready to leave the spotlight. 

During the January 10 episode of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', Richards said, "I will always have a love for Los Angeles, but I just don't feel as connected to it as I used to."

The 'Halloween Ends' actress went on to say, "The things that make me happy are being outside, running by the river, hiking with my dog."

Then, the reality TV star talked about her youngest daughter Portia, 15. 

Kyle further added, "One day, when Portia's done with school. I'm gonna choose some place to live that is more conducive to what brings me happiness."

For those living under a rock, Richards has been a part of Bravo's hit show 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' since Season 1 which saw the light of day in the year 2010.

In the first episode of the show, the viewers were introduced to Kyle, Mauricio Umanksy, and their family members. 

The episode also featured an argument with Kyle's sister Kim Richards.
