Moritz Mohr has put together an ensemble cast for his action thriller film, titled 'Boy Kills World'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Boy Kills World', which premiered at the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival, is all set to hit the theatres on April 26, 2024.

Moritz Mohr has filmed 'Boy Kills World', his feature directorial debut, in South Africa and promises an exciting ride of action and thrill with a runtime of 111 minutes.

Featuring Bill Skarsgård as Boy, the plot revolves around his campaign of vengeance after his family is murdered by the matriarch of a corrupt, post-apocalyptic dynasty. The attack even leaves Boy deaf and mute.

Bill Skarsgård as Boy

Swedish actor Bill Skarsgård plays central character Boy in 'Boy Kills World'. He takes on the challenging role of playing deaf-mute while he trains in martial arts to take his revenge.

Bill Skarsgård, 33, is popular for portraying Pennywise in the horror films 'It' (2017) and 'It Chapter Two' (2019), based on Stephen King's novel. In 2023, he featured in 'John Wick: Chapter 4'.

Jessica Rothe as June 27

Jessica Rothe, known as the 'scream queen', courtesy of her memorable role in 'Happy Death Day' and its 2019 sequel, will be seen in the supporting role of June 27 in 'Boy Kills World'.

The Colorado based actress has also been a part of films like 'La La Land' (2016) and 'Valley Girl' (2020).

Michelle Dockery as Melanie Van Der Koy

Michelle Dockery, 42, is a London-based actress, best known for starring as Lady Mary Crawley in 'Downton Abbey' (2010–2015), for which she received three consecutive Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

In 2019, she appeared in Guy Ritchie's 'action-comedy 'The Gentlemen'.

Dockery will appear in the exciting role of Melanie Van Der Koy in Moritz Mohr's directorial 'Boy Kills World'.

Famke Janssen as Hilda Van Der Koy

Famke Janssen is a Dutch actress, known for playing Jean Grey/Phoenix in the 'X-Men' film series (2000–2014).

In 'Boy Kills World', she plays Hilda Van Der Koy, the matriarch of a post-apocalyptic dynasty who kills Boy's family.

Brett Gelman as Gideon Van Der Koy

Brett Gelman rose to fame in the late 2010 for his supporting roles in popular series 'Fleabag' and 'Stranger Things'. Some of his other works include 'Go On', 'Another Period', and 'Mr Mercedes'.

He will appear in the supporting role of Gideon van der Koy in 'Boy Kills World'.

Some of the other cast members include Isaiah Mustafa as Benny, Andrew Koji as Basho, Sharlto Copley as Glen van der Koy, and H. Jon Benjamin as Boy’s 'inner voice'.
