The thrilling legal drama is back after months of waiting. Picking up from where it left us, Asher Millstone’s death becomes the focus of the episode and it seems to have stirred up the hornet’s nest.

With Michaela Pratt and Connor Walsh getting arrested and Annalise Keating on the run, the entire plot appears to be all over the place, creating chaos and confusion among the characters, as well as fans. When Episode 9 left us showing Asher at Bonnie Winterbottom’s house and Bonnie calling over Frank Delfino to help him out, Asher was very much alive, until Frank drove him back to his apartment, where he would be eventually found dead. Looks pretty obvious that Frank could have killed him, doesn’t it? Fans don’t think so.

One Twitter fan comments, "Frank killing Asher seems a little too obvious.. I’m not going for it #HTGAWM."

Another fan who seconds that theory adds, “I can bet you that neither Frank or Bonnie killed Asher; it's too predictable.#htgawm is always one step ahead of us and will throw us the biggest curveball.”

And we couldn’t agree more. If Frank killed Asher, it will only incriminate Annalise and her students, especially now that Michaela and Connor are in custody. And Frank would not do anything to bring any harm to Annalise, even if he doesn’t care about the kids.

“I really hope frank didn't kill asher, it looks like he did but like, no #HTGAWM," comments another fan. “Now why it looking like frank did it? #HTGAWM (sic)," questions a fan and it’s no surprise why.

Like we said earlier, the sequence of events seems perfectly logical to say that Frank killed Asher to shut him up. After all, after Asher admitted being the mole for FBI, he would be the biggest threat to everyone in the group, including Frank. And he is perhaps the only one with too much blood on his hands.

As Michaela and Connor are dragged to the court by Asher’s family members, we can now expect a big turn in the plot. But the question remains as to who and why would Asher be killed, using the same weapon we saw at Oliver’s and Annalise’s place?
