Despite expressing a desire for a large family of four to six children in a previous interview, Tan has now declared that they are "officially 100 percent done at two." Issac was born on May 31, 2023, via surrogacy.
In an interview with a US magazine, Tan emphasized the challenges of parenting, stating, "We are officially 100 per cent done at two, and I hope that you don't see this in three years with an extra kid, and say, 'Hey,' but that's not going to be the case." He acknowledged the difficulties of parenting but noted that their sons haven't given them a hard time. Tan also shared how parenting has strengthened his bond with Rob, expressing admiration for Rob's patience and love for their children, stating, "It melts my heart how Rob is with the children, and he's so patient with them as well."
The fashion expert will be featured in the brand new season of 'Queer Eye' Season 8. He will be joined by the rest of the Fab Five Antoni Poroswki, Jonathan Van Ness, Bobby Berk, and Karamo Brown. Together, they will revamp and transform the lives of the nominated 'heroes' from New Orleans.

Tan France aka Tanveer Wasim, an English American fashion designer, television personality, and entrepreneur, married Rob France in 2007 in London. Tan France gained fame through his shows 'Queer Eye', 'Next in Fashion' and 'Say Yes to the Dress'. Notably, he is one of the first openly gay South Asian men on a major show.
Rob, on the other hand, is a pediatric nurse and an illustrator who was raised as a Mormon in Wyoming. Since then, he has shared cute snaps of Issac France on his Instagram, although hiding his face with some emojis. They celebrate all the major festivals together from Eid to Thanksgiving. After Issac's birth, Tan decided to not have any more children, stating that parenting is hard.
When was Ismail France born?
Ismail France, the first child of Tan France and Rob France, was born in July 2021. Tan announced the news of expecting Ismail through an Instagram post. He shared a shirtless photo with the caption, "So happy to finally share that WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!" He further explained, "With the greatest gift/help of the most wonderful surrogate, Rob and I are lucky enough to be on our way to being parents this Summer. Something we've wanted for SOooo many years. Our hearts are so full right now. I cannot wait to hold this baby and to show him so much love."
Ismail France was born seven weeks early and spent time in the NICU before the new dads brought him home in August 2021. Tan shared on Instagram, "Give our son a warm welcome. We love him so, so much. Like, fully obsessed. Our surrogate is doing so great, post-labor, and we couldn't be more grateful for the greatest gift in our lives." Rob also posted a similar photo, stating, "My two loves." Tan France mentioned that he had known his son's name since he was a teenager. As of now, the 'Queer Eye' star has not revealed their faces on social media.
