VERMILLION, SOUTH DAKOTA: Motivated by the success of their own home renovation, Chelsea DeBoer and her husband, Cole DeBoer, started taking on clients. Impressed by their work, Chelsea decided to reach out to HGTV via Instagram to pitch the idea of their own show, 'Down Home Fab' and became a proud show host.

Taking Instagram to express gratitude for her journey from 'Teen Mom' star to hosting her own show ' Down Home Fab' on HGTV, she shared how proud she is of the growth she and her family have experienced in recent years. Chelsea expressed gratitude for being able to live the life she always wanted. Celebrating a cozy birthday with her family, Cole, her husband shares, "Hey look at our life," to which Chelsea replies, "I know, its amazing."

"I always feel very sentimental around birthdays. There was no way I could've envisioned where we are now," a grateful Chelsea says in the confessional video.  She adds further, "It was something that I wanted, always wanted, like a successful career, and an amazing husband and a family so going from not thinking I could do that and not thinking I could deserve that, to now, I am so proud of the success and the growth that I'm looking forward to what's to come."

The success of the HGTV show is surely resounding, hence 'Down Home Fab' came with a new season earlier this month, on March 21.

Why did Chelsea DoBoer quit ‘Teen Mom’ star?

Chelsea DeBoer decided to leave the "Teen Mom" franchise as a heartfelt commitment to protect her daughter Aubree Lind-DeBoer's privacy. Despite feeling uncertain about what the future held after leaving the show, Chelsea, 31, expressed that she was at peace with her decision to ET.

She admitted that leaving the MTV series, after more than a decade, was initially scary. However, now that she's no longer sharing her personal life on TV, Chelsea feels a significant sense of relief, describing it as the "hugest weight" lifted off her shoulders.

"I feel so proud of the show and to share the show," she added. "There were times where I'd be so nervous about Teen Mom airing because I'd feel guilty -- Did I share too much? Did I share something that should have been kept personal to my kids? And I just don't feel that at all [with this show]. You still do get to see a little bit with the kids, but I feel like it's very lighthearted."

Why did Chelsea DoBoer and ex Adam Lind break up?

Chelsea Houska and her ex, Adam Lind, have had a tumultuous relationship, particularly while co-parenting their daughter Aubree. Despite their efforts to navigate co-parenting, Chelsea often felt hurt and disappointed by Lind's actions, even after they officially ended their relationship.

Following their split, Chelsea moved on to marry Cole DeBoer in 2016, and together they have welcomed three children. Despite the challenges she faced with Lind, Chelsea has found stability and happiness in her marriage with DeBoer.
