‘Good Trouble’ Season 2B Episode 12 Preview: Will Callie be able to help Wilson bring justice to Tate?
The previous episode of ‘Good Trouble’ Season 2B saw the members of The Coterie entangled in deep troubles. Nearly every character in the series was seen navigating their struggles on either the personal or the professional front
While Mariana Adams Foster (Cierra Ramirez) is faced with new obstacles as she tries to safeguard her job in the male-dominant tech industry, Malika Williams (Zuri Adele) attempts to drown her sorrows in alcohol, on realizing the consequences of her involvement in BLM, despite having a restraining order issued against her. And Callie Adams Foster (Maia Mitchell), while trying to come to terms with her new life with her boyfriend Jamie minus Mariana, is devastated by Wilson’s son’s demise. Just when she prepares herself to embrace a new beginning, she’s bogged down by the feelings of a grieving father.
Although Callie has had a few clashes with Wilson owing to her active participation in the Black Lives Matter movement, unable to see his pain, she agrees to help him bring justice to Tate. However, a tough challenge awaits Callie as Wilson is determined to harm the person who he thinks was responsible for Tate’s death. But, Callie knowing Wilson well, needs to ensure he doesn’t act irrationally. It remains to be seen in episode 12 if she will be able to help Wilson cope with Tate’s death, or at least console a grief-stricken father.
In the upcoming episode, we can also expect to see a lot happen on Malika’s end, as she’s close to facing jail time for violating the restraining order. While years of constant struggle and her passion for equal rights has put her in a tough spot, she also needs to work things out with Isaac, as he has clearly established that he doesn’t believe her anymore.
How is Malika going to choose between the love of her life and a cause that has made her life purposeful? Also, will she be able to evade jail time by any means?
Meanwhile, Mariana's scuffles with her colleagues to protect her app will also make for an interesting watch, considering the never-ending drama that it has given rise to between her and Raj.
