'General Hospital' Spoilers: Sonny goes missing after a deadly confrontation with Julian, is he dead?

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will try to comprehend what Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) revealed in the December 18 episode of ABC's 'General Hospital', spoilers reveal. If the fans remember, Cyrus admitted that the patient Florence Grey at the care facility in Vermont is his mother, and even though Laura is shocked, she will try to make sense of it. Not to mention, she will figure out that Cyrus knows that Gordon Grey is her biological father. The preview for Friday's episode sees her say, "You knew all along, didn’t you?" Will there be a reunion?
While Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) will try to figure out what Cyrus is trying to do with Laura, spoilers also reveal that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will start to doubt if Marcus Taggert (Asante Jones) is actually alive. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will let her know that he is alive, and it is true. Carly will reveal that Cyrus was in fact right about Marcus being alive and that he had faked his death in order to keep Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) safe. Not to mention, the PCPD will see Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) grill Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) as the preview sees him say, "Before today, did you know that that man was still breathing?" Jordan will admit that she knew about the fake death scenario, which means she's been lying to Curtis a while now. Also, Trina and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) suffered quite a bit because of this.
Spoilers also reveal that Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will speak about the shootout at the bus station. What will happen when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) meets Julian Jerome (William deVry) face to face? Sonny will hold Julian at gunpoint as predicted, but he'll let Julian know that he has a chance to live. Julian's health has been getting worse and he's been having hallucinations, so his death is coming soon, so he's not going to take Sonny up on his offer. But what's crazy is that Sonny might not survive this deadly showdown. Since their struggle happens on a bridge, will Sonny fall off?
