‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Will Lulu die or will she give Dante a sign to not let her go?
On the November 30, 2020, episode of CBS's 'General Hospital' we saw Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) beg Lulu Spencers' (Emme Rylan) to wake up from her coma. The episode also showed Laura Collins (Genie Francis) explain to Dante that General Hospital might not be the right place for Lulu to be cared for. Dante on the other hand, grief-stricken, pushed back saying that he thinks that Laura is sending her daughter away and giving up on her. In the upcoming December 1, 2020 episode, we see that Dante has to make a choice considering Lulu has brain damage. They don't even know if she will wake up and if she does it will be a long recovery ahead.
Laura told Dante that Lulu must be in a long-term care facility, but Dante gets quite upset at the proposal. When the Quartermaines arrive, Dante speaks to Michael about Lulu being taken away from General Hospital. Michale keeps it real and spoke with knowledge of the situation, he too thinks that would be best for Lulu. Dante ends up apologizing to Laura for what he had said to her even though Lulu's needs are the priority.
In the upcoming episode, we see Laura pushing the fact that Port Charles isn't the place for Lulu as she tries to help Dante wrap his around Lulu's need to move out of there to another facility. Losing Lulu in this manner must be really hard for Dante -- considering the love between the couple has been the most real (or so we think) for a while now. We'll see Dante by Lulu's bedside hoping for a sign from her that will allow her to stay. The preview clip sees Dante tell a comatose Lulu, "If you tell me to, I'll let you go." Will Lulu die? Recover? Give Dante a sign? It's a soapy drama, so one of the situations (or a thousand other options) seems highly likely.

After the previous episode fans were devastated by what Dante has to go through. "These scenes between Laura and Dante are painfully realistic. Disbelief, anger, hurt, grief. #GH," wrote one fan. Others were upset with the possibility that Lulu has a character may be saying goodbye. "It hasn’t even been a whole day and they ready to send Lulu away? I know Emme will no longer be on the show but can’t they pretend Lulu is in the hospital for a few weeks and then send her away? Or have Laura tell Dante she doesn’t feel Lulu is safe with Cyrus controlling #GH," wrote another user. "This too painful to watch these real, raw performances. Heartbreaking what @GeneralHospital has done to our beautiful, loving #Lulu & #Lante. We need @EmmeRylan back on #GH, her absence will make a huge hole in the show, it will never be the same. @valentinifrank @ABCNetwork," wrote another upset fan.
