NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Laura Ingraham raised concerns about the potential influence of the Chinese-owned social media platform TikTok on the 2024 elections during her show ‘The Ingraham Angle’ on Wednesday, November 1.

She warned of potential Chinese influence on the elections through TikTok and discussed how America’s enemies have been emboldened under the Biden administration.

Ingraham took to X (formerly Twitter) to report more on her take, and titled her monologue 'The TikTok on 2024.'

However, many X users took a dig at Ingraham’s take and called out her show as “pathetic.”

Laura Ingraham warns TikTok will impact 2024 elections

Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “In 2024, our election season will be invaded by a TikTok army.”

Her tweet featured a video where she said, “This campaign for the hearts and minds of Americans, especially our young people, is real and it's profoundly disturbing. Now, while a lot of what's on TikTok is kind of mindless drivel – a lot of juvenile stunts, you'll see, harmless content, fitness, you've seen the stuff on pets with love pads or cooking – well, the political stuff is dangerous, though, because it's completely one-sided.”

Ingraham continued, “According to Axios, in the past two weeks, there have been 8,000 posts using the hashtag #StandwithPalestine in the US, compared to 3,000 posts using the hashtag #StandwithIsrael. And everyone needs to understand that TikTok isn't just about controlling the narrative of today, it's also about controlling the narrative of tomorrow.”

“The world of TikTok users is young, Axios published TikTok's data, which shows that 87 per cent of the audience makeup for #StandwithPalestine posts is under the age of 35, compared to 66 per cent for #StandwithIsrael posts. Now someone named @Littleyeg with 200,000 followers is among the throngs pressuring the White House to back off its support of Israel,” Ingraham further added.

Ingraham continued, “Which influencers are getting paid to post this, which are organically operating? Well, we don't know, but what we do know is that TikTok is China's way of influencing the debate here in the United States, whether through foreign posters on any issue or US celebrities which have a big following.”

“And we know for sure since China believes it basically owns Joe Biden or any Biden replacement, TikTok is going to be dominated by anti-Trump messaging.”

Fox News anchor said, “Expect that throughout 2024 TikTok will be tossing lifelines to Biden to help save his campaign. So in other words, if Black voters are angry about crime or inflation, you got to mobilize the TikTok army.”

Ingraham concluded by adding, “And it's not just there, because if you love scrolling through TikTok, invariably you're going to see this perpetual push for weed legalization, all paid for by the big weed lobby. And if you think about it, why wouldn't China want us numb and dumb?”

Internet dubs Laura Ingraham’s show as ‘pathetic’

After Laura Ingraham warned the public of TikTok’s impact on the 2024 elections, several X users slammed the Fox News anchor as one person wrote, “Laura Ingraham is a confirmed liar for her enrichment.”

One more called out Ingraham adding, “Is this your way of saying that if Trump loses, he can blame it on someone else?”

Another wrote, “TikTok Army more reliable than FOX disinformation that invades TV and Twitter X.”

A person simply slammed Ingraham on her take, “So why do you want to sensor the younger generation? Are you the only source of news to the world? mainstream news has proven to be biased and propagandist. There is a reason why losing views, let the people find the truth by themselves no need to push your nartive.”

One said, “This is what passes for news on this pathetic show,” and another trolled her saying, “You are so f*****g gross, Laura.”

Another wrote, "More propaganda and misinformation for an audience of ignorant fools," and one said, "When in doubt...soak it in the bathtub!  When you know its phony...switch to Laura for the truth!"
