What is the plot of 'Fiasco'?
Pierre Niney stars as Raphaël Valande, a budding director diving headfirst into his debut feature film. His ambitious project, a historical epic honoring his grandmother's bravery in the Resistance, spans from prehistory to the D-Day landings, weaving through Viking sagas along the way.
However, what begins as a grand vision quickly spirals into chaos. Technical glitches and clashes among the crew threaten to derail the production, with a mysterious saboteur lurking in the shadows.
The official synopsis reads, "Raphaël Valande is shooting his first feature film to pay tribute to the heroic life of his resistant grandmother. The shooting gradually turns into a nightmare due to a member of the team who does everything to sabotage it."

Pierre Niney was born in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, on March 13, 1989. He started acting at 11 and joined the Comédie-Française troupe at 21, becoming its youngest member.
After TV and short film appearances, he landed roles in movies like 'LOL' (2008), 'L'armée du crime' (2009), and 'Les Émotifs anonymes' (2010).
He also portrayed Yves Saint-Laurent in the film 'Yves Saint-Laurent', winning the Patrick Dewaere Prize and the César for Best Actor, becoming the youngest actor to do so.
Additionally, he left Comédie Française in 2015 and starred in the thriller 'Un homme idéal' the same year. In 2016, he starred in 'Frantz' directed by François Ozon and portrayed Philippe Cousteau in 'L'Odyssée', a biopic about French Commander Jacques Cousteau.
