CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA: Patricia Altschul and Madison LeCroy, stars of 'Southern Charm,' share more than just an on-screen bond. The women spend a lot of time together, at least once a week, but their most recent outing has fans asking why the 'Southern Charm' matriarch, 81, appears younger than her co-star, Madison, 32.
Madison recently shared a sweet photo of her co-star on Instagram. "No more chambongs for me" - @pataltschul speak for yourself," she captioned the post. Madison posted a sneak peek of her latest catch-up with Patricia on Instagram on December 21. In the dazzling shot, the two can be seen smiling and looking gorgeous while posing for a sweet selfie.

This isn't the first time Madison and Patricia have provided an update on their friendship in recent months. Patricia Altschul and Madison LeCroy offered a glimpse of their "girls night out" in September. The Southern Charm-ers had a great time on their night out together, as seen by a series of Instagram videos. Patricia took to Instagram on September 25 to share a photo from her recent excursion with Madison. During their enjoyable night in Charleston, the couple experienced a rickshaw ride and their first silent disco, as shown in the video. "Girls night out," Patricia captioned the video, which shows the two dancing the night away while listening to music on headphones.
The festivities were subsequently extended with a sleepover in Patricia's historic house, known as the "Isaac Jenkins Mikell House." Madison could be seen wearing a robe while sleeping in Patricia's beautifully adorned pink guest room in a different Instagram video posted on September 15. "Friends don’t let friends do silly things… Alone," Madison captioned the video.
The 'Southern Charm' matriarch shared a gorgeous picture of the duo taking a lovely selfie together back in July, showing them grinning and looking wonderful. Patricia captioned the picture with the phrase "Birds of a feather flock together" with the hashtags "love" and "friends." On Instagram, Patricia gave followers a sneak peek of her catch-up with Madison on July 23. The two are seen smiling and looking beautiful in the dazzling picture as they take a lovely selfie next to one another. Madison shared the same photo on her Instagram. "She's an L.A. 10," she wrote with the photo.
On 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' earlier that month, Madison discussed her long-standing professional relationship with Patricia. "[She’s] one of my few clients," she stated, adding that she's been cutting and styling Patricia's hair for over a decade. She also shared the amusing reason Patricia will not refer any possible new clients to her. "She doesn’t want anyone else to take her appointment space," Madison told Andy Cohen.
In an interview with People, Madison LeCroy addressed why she did not invite any of her 'Southern Charm' co-stars to her wedding. "Other than Patricia, I don't really think that anybody I was that close with at the time I was planning my wedding would really want to be there," Madison remarked. "We just wanted it super-small and only attended by the people who are rooting for us."

One comment did get Patricia's attention that read, "I know! I’m like what are these celebrities eating to look this age. 70 years olds look like high school students. And then there’s Facetune and FaceApp. No amount of filler will make your face FLAWLESS with not one blemish."
She was quick to put them straight with her reply, "we don’t have blemishes 😂". Also adding what could be the reason behind her looking so young, Patricia replied to another fan stating, "thank God for filters 👏."

During a question-and-answer session on Instagram earlier this year, the 'Southern Charm' matriarch addressed rumors of plastic surgery. Patricia resorted to Instagram to explicitly address the controversy regarding her work. Following multiple questions from fans and followers on her Instagram Stories, the Southern Charm-er went to her account to refute recent rumors of plastic surgery. Patricia may be seen lounging outside in a leopard-print coat in a photo taken on April 11.
"To conclude answering your questions… NO I do not have extensions, fake boobs, or a butt implant…. yet!" she added alongside the photo in the caption.
