'Drops of God' on Apple TV+: Release date and how to watch multilingual French-Japanese drama
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Apple TV+ has obtained the global rights to Legendary Entertainment's multilingual French-Japanese drama titled 'Drops of God,' an adaptation of the Japanese manga series of the same name, created and written by award-winning Tadashi Agi, with artwork by Shu Okimoto. The eight-episode series follows the daughter of the famous Léger Wine Guide creator. She discovers that her estranged father had left her the world's greatest wine collection, but she must compete with a brilliant young oenologist to claim her inheritance.
Quoc Dang Tran wrote the script, Klaus Zimmermann executive produced it, and Oded Ruskin directed it. Les Productions Dynamic produces the series in collaboration with 22H22 and Adeline Entertainment. Fleur Geffrier and Tomohisa Yamashita play the titular characters in the drama.
