'Dr Pimple Popper': Daniel's psoriasis makes him feel like a thousand needles poking him as he seeks help

Daniel started having difficulty doing his everyday activities once his psoriasis started covering his entire body. Unlike others who tend to suffer from psoriasis only on certain body parts, Daniel has a hard team dealing with it as most of his body is covered by it. To make things worse, they itch, burn and sometimes bleed.
Daniel reveals that he feels the most amount of pain when his psoriasis splits at night. He revealed that it happens because the platelets in his body grow rapidly and they tend to make psoriasis worse which also leads to him having pain. Psoriasis has also hindered how he spends his time with his family.
Daniel shared that he wants to spend a lot of time with his daughter but he is not able to as psoriasis has also affected his knee. He revealed that since he feels the pain throughout his body, he finds it hard to spend time with his daughter like he wants to.
Describing the level of pain that he normally feels, Daniel revealed that it felt like there were a thousand needles poking him while someone is pouring gasoline all over his body. Even though Daniel has visited some of the doctors in the past, they haven't given him the medicines that would ease his pain or make him feel better.
At the same time, his insurance limited his medical options and Daniel had to settle for medicines that would bring him some relief. Daniel decided to visit Dr Sandra Lee with the hopes that she would be able to help him.
After she examined him, Dr Lee realized that not only does Daniel have psoriasis but he also suffers from psoriatic arthritis which is the main reason why Daniel suffers from joint pain. Looking at Daniel's condition, Dr. Lee gave him medications that would help reduce the pain and also gradually make his psoriasis better.
Dr Lee also helped Daniel by giving him four doses of the medicine which would last him for four weeks. Daniel was pleased to find out that his psoriasis will finally cause him less trouble than it usually does.
'Dr Pimple Popper' airs on Thursdays at 9 pm ET on TLC.
