Dr Sandra Lee has seen many cases but one she was not expecting to see was Telly's friend Chip. Appearing in the latest episode (September 10) of the show, Telly came to see Dr Lee as he had a head behind his head. He had been struggling with the bump on his back for many years and decided to finally get it removed.

Speaking to Dr Lee, Telly revealed that he first noticed the bump after he got into a car accident. While the accident did not harm him in any way, he started noticing the bump that was the size of a grapefruit. For a couple of years, he ignored it but he became worried when he saw it growing.

Even though Telly had a big bump in his back, he did not fail to joke about it. He stated that it felt like something would pop out of it and he would have to perform an exorcism. He further admitted that the bump had affected his lifestyle as he was someone who loved socializing. However, ever since the bump came, he found it hard to do so.

To make things worse, the bump would cause him a lot of pain. His neck, back, hand and other areas would hurt. At the same time, his arms would often go numb because of the pain. His sleep pattern was also getting affected as he could barely catch three hours of sleep. Telly also revealed that he had met a doctor who offered to perform surgery but was not too sure.

Looking at how uncertain he was, Telly thought it was better to not touch the bump. Even though he does not mind talking about the bump and is okay with people coming and asking him, Telly hinted it was time to bid Chip goodbye forever. Dr Lee understood the pain he might be going through and decided to have a look at his bump.

However, she did not want to make any false promises and told him that they would have to run some scans to be sure about what it was. Speaking to the camera, she revealed that the surgery was going to be a serious one. However, Dr. Lee admitted that she wanted to help Telly in any way possible.

'Dr. Pimple Popper: Before The Pop' airs on Thursdays at 10 pm ET on TLC.
