Does Emma Hernan own a private jet? Speculations spark as 'Selling Sunset' Season 7 cast fly to Cabo
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix recently dropped Season 7 of 'Selling Sunset' and the viewers can't stop talking about the show.
In one of the episodes of the newest season, Nicole Young was allegedly invited by Brett Oppenheim and then uninvited by fellow cast members Emma Hernan and Chrishell Stause to fly on a private jet to Cabo.
Soon after, the fans of the show began discussing whether Emma owned the private jet that the cast members took to Cabo.
A Reddit user said, "She is probably part of a private jet program. You can get a membership to regularly charter private jets at reduced rates."
"No Brett clearly said he helped book and provide the jet," another person added.
Another social media user chimed in, "It’s not her own private jet, she charters them through a fairly reasonably priced company called 'Wheels Up.' "
Another critic noted, "She mentioned on one of the episodes that she takes a private jet everywhere so she might own one. That or she just pays to fly in them."
Another X user stated, "Wait ... Emma secured a private jet, yet Nicole called her a social climber? #SellingSunset"
Nicole Young dubs Emma Hernan a 'social climber'
In a recent episode of the show, things got a bit tense between Nicole and Emma when Hernan came to know that Young had called her a 'social climber.'
Emma decided to confront Nicole regarding the same at Chelsea Lazkani's 30th birthday bash.
The two of them got involved in a heated argument and Chrishell jumped in to defend her friend Emma Hernan, due to which Nicole felt victimized.
Emma Hernan owns a food company
Emma is the owner of a food company called Emma Leigh & Co. Her love for cooking and food comes from her family. Her grandfather, Gerry McAdams, founded Yankee Trader Seafood in 1994 and now she has her own food company.
While having a chat with Bustle, she said, “What’s really interesting about my company that people don’t realize is people just see from the [Selling Sunset] show that it’s an empanada company, but I actually bought my own manufacturing facility."
She added, "I have a state-of-the-art facility on the East Coast, so anyone that wants to manufacture an item, I co-pack for them, so there’s a whole other aspect of what I do that people don’t even realize."
She went on to say, "I own 100% of my company, which is really rare today. We’re in the ‘Shark Tank’ era where a lot of people want to play with other people’s money because it’s a lot easier. I’ve put my entire savings and everything into my company. I feel really proud to be where I am today.”
