CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Matthew Duliba from 'Love is Blind' Season 6 took to Instagram to criticize the Netflix producers and 'Love Is Blind' makers, accusing them of allegedly portraying him in a negative light and claiming that his character was smeared on the show.

In the Instagram comment, Duliba described his approach to the experiment, which wasn't mentioned on the show, stating that this strategy made it challenging for him to open up on dates. He went on to assert that Netflix allegedly didn't accurately depict his "character."

"Key element of my story that was never disclosed is that I live an alcohol-free lifestyle and did the experiment sober,” he wrote. “It was a key factor in why I had so much difficulty connecting with women in the beginning," he added.

Matthew concluded by mentioning that he would share more details about the topic when he could. He also accused the series of presenting inaccurate information to the viewers and misguiding them, specifically citing the portrayal like the portrayal of him walking out on Sarah Ann while she was still talking.

However, he revealed that it never happened.

"There was also many misrepresentations and falsehoods created in my opinion to smear my character. I look forward to telling my side of the story with the full truth at the appropriate time," he said.

Responding to people who thought he was extremely rude and cold to some ladies on the show, he shared how "one-on-one" dates weren't his thing but he was trying to get better at it.

"Talking about love and stuff, sometimes I feel uncomfortable even saying that word. Maybe first interactions aren’t my strong suit, but you know, I would like to get better at it."

In a single episode of the Netflix series, Matthew positioned himself as the season's official antagonist by treating multiple dates disrespectfully and playing with the emotions of the two primary women he matched with.

His negative portrayal began when he entered the initial round of dating with a prepared list of questions and displayed a cold personality.

The situation escalated during his date with Sarah Ann, which ended abruptly when Matthew walked out of the pod without warning while she was speaking.

He tossed one of his pre-written questions her way and abruptly decided they weren't a good pair. These instances cast Matthew in a negative light, portraying him as a villain in the eyes of viewers.

Did Mathew choose AD over Amber on the show?

Mathew, when confronted by AD, admitted that he felt stronger emotions for her compared to his feelings for Amber, as he was revealed to have developing connections with both the women on the show.

Despite having some level of liking for both women, he ultimately chose AD over Amber, expressing a deeper connection and stronger feelings for her.

To convince a visibly upset AD, Mathew emphasized that she was the only person on the show whom he found worthy enough to introduce to his mother. He went a step further by revealing that he had asked for her hand in marriage, indicating a higher level of commitment.

However, despite these assurances, AD and Mathew couldn't progress in their connection after Amber's exit from the show.
