SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA: 'I Love A Mama's Boy' fans were left questioning Matt McAdams' loyalty after watching the recently aired episode of the TLC show. While confessing to his mother Kelly McAdams that he was seeing another woman while he was still with Brittany, the TLC star also admitted that he first met his new girlfriend back in 2019.

Matt tried to talk his way out of any issues by pointing out how Brittany was never his girlfriend in the first place and that they weren't exclusive, so it opened the door for him to see other people, including his new girlfriend Devon Hawley. But hawk-eyed fans refused to buy his story after hearing that he met Devon first in 2019, which immediately had everybody wondering if Matt cheated on his ex-girlfriend Kim Cobb as well since they were together at that time.

Many fans took to Twitter to express their views on Matt meeting Devon in 2019. A fan tweeted, "Did anyone catch Matt saying he met this older woman in 2019? Wasn’t he in a relationship with Kim at that time? Was he cheating then as well? #iloveamamasboy." "#iloveamamasboy Why was Matt dating Devon while he was dating Brittnay? Was he honest with either that he was dating them both? And wasn’t he still with Kim in 2019 when he started seeing Devon? Something’s very sus here," commented a fan. It seems like Matt already anticipated the fans' confusion over the overlapping timeline of his meeting with Devon, as he wasted no time in clarifying that though he met her in 2019, nothing transpired between them until recently. While Matt tried to paint a picture of him being loyal and not a cheater, fans however lauded Kim and Brittany for dodging a bullet. A fan shared, "Wow Matt is a real piece of work! Kim and Brittney, we are so glad you made it out. #iloveamamasboy." "Bet Kim is feeling super glad to have dodged the sh*tshow that is Matt. Can't wait to see the Mom he's dating now #iloveamamasboy," expressed a fan. Another fan wrote, "Seriously Matt? All this time you were "in love" with someone else? Then why would do this to Brittany? What was the point besides humiliating her and maybe rehearsing for the next one you introduce to your mom? SMH #iloveamamasboy." It isn't just fans who were unhappy with Matt's cheating, even his mother Kelly expressed her disappointment in him for cheating on Brittany. She pointed out how even though Brittany wasn't the right girl for him, she still deserved to be treated with kindness and respect and felt sad about raising a son who was an unkind, cheater. She urged Matt to apologize to Brittany.
