'The Crown' has never backed down from putting on a show, and how Billie Eilish likes to sing it, people are loving to watch these royal characters in a crown, especially Elizabeth Debicki's Princess Diana. It is no surprise that this season of the series would have been slated to be controversial but the feelings that the series instigated in people have been unreal. While some are in just awe of how well Debicki portrayed the Princess' character, others are not staying mum about one of the epic interviews that made its place in the history of interviews.

The real BBC interview with Princess Diana hosted by Martin Bashir stunned everyone then and after 25 years the remake of it for the Netflix series has impacted the viewers the same way it did almost three decades back. Among her revelations included insights about the breakdown of her marriage to the then-Prince Charles, famously saying, "There were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded," referring to Charles' affair with his current wife, Camilla, as per reports.

As portrayed on 'The Crown,' Bashir used deceitful methods to secure his sit-down interview with Princess Diana, but what the show doesn't cover is how the backlash extended for decades. However, without knowing about this deceit Princess Diana shared her side of the story like never before. In a televised interview, she spoke candidly with Bashir about the struggles of her life in the royal family. She even mentioned her sons, along with personal struggles with bulimia, self-harm, and postpartum depression.

After watching the episode, fans have a similar reaction to the situation. Nonetheless, some of them are even thrilled with how graciously Debicki has enacted the Princess this season. A fan wrote, "elizabeth debicki as princess diana literally ate and left no crumbs," while another adds, "The Panorama Interview! Speak your truth Diana."

A fan said, "One Night Only from Dreamgirls as the song of choice while Diana’s infamous interview is happening is crazy." A fan shared, "the crown just cannot be beaten at this point, these Diana clips." A fan tweeted, "Elizabeth Debicki’s portrayal of Princess Diana is mesmerizing. It’s literally Diana. I am speechless."
