While Natalie Morgan, the celebrity host of the podcast 'Holiday Love' is known for sharing some of the most impactful love stories with her listeners, she herself hasn't been in a romantic relationship. When she heads home during Christmas to pay her family visit, she crosses paths with the local firefighter Chris, who ends up becoming more than a known stranger to Natalie. 'Dear Christmas' will premiere on November 27 at 8 pm ET on Lifetime. 

Plot 

The official synopsis for the movie reads, "Natalie Morgan (Melissa Joan Hart) is the host of a popular podcast, Holiday Love, which shares true stories of a holiday romance with its listeners. While the outside world and her listeners see Natalie as an expert on romance, she’s never truly experienced a romance of her own. As Natalie prepares to embark on a promotional tour for her new book, she stops back home to spend Christmas with her family where she unexpectedly begins to experience her own holiday romance as sparks ignite with local firefighter, Chris (Jason Priestley)."

In 'Dear Christmas', she appears as Natalie Morgan, the host of the romantic podcast. Hart's film credits include 'Drive Me Crazy', 'Nine Dead', and 'Gid's Not Dead 2'. 

Jason Priestley

Jason Priestley is seen as the local firefighter Chris in 'Dear Christmas'. He's a Canadian-American actor and director best own for his role as Brandon Walsh on the television series 'Beverly Hills' and as Richard "Fitz" Fitzpatrick in 'Call Me Fitz'. He is also recognized for essaying Matt Sade on 'Private Eyes'.
