DC FanDome 2020: New 'Wonder Woman 1984' trailer teases Cheetah's first look, awed fans say it's 'dope'

A second trailer of 'Wonder Woman 1984' debuted at DC FanDome and fans can't stop talking about it

The highly-anticipated DC FanDome, a feast for DC fans, kicked off on August 22 with the 'Wonder Woman 1984' discussion panel and fans couldn't stop flooding social media with their tweets. Much to their joy, Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, filmmaker Patty Jenkins, Pedro Pascal were on the panel and there was a surprise appearance by the original Wonder Woman herself, Lynda Carter!

It was a wholesome discussion as the cast talked about what an amazing time they had working together and Patty said that they were all 'delightful' to work with on sets. Gadot and Kristen Wiig remembered some of their funniest moments on set and apparently it was when Kristen's wig got stuck in Gadot's gauntlet. 



 

But the thrill and excitement didn't end there. Patty unveiled a second trailer for 'Wonder Woman 1984' and this one had the first look at Cheetah. In the trailer, Diana and Cheetah have an epic showdown.  Apart from that, we got to see some cutesy moments between Steve Trevor and Diana. It came as a surprise to fans that he was still alive, as he had been believed to be dead in the first film itself. 

Needless to say, it's Kristen's first look at Cheetah that sent shivers down fans' spine. "Goosebumps! That fight between #WonderWoman and Cheetah!!! #DCFanDome," a fan tweeted.



 

"Dawwwg! Cheetah looked f**king dope af!!!! So happy they are going all in for her comic look! So good  #DCFanDome," another wrote. 



 

Some other fans said that it should have been kept as a surprise. "Cheetah looks AWESOME but i didn’t want to see it until the movie  i definitely think they should’ve kept her look a surprise but whatever she looks GREAT nonetheless #DCFanDome," a fan tweeted.



 

"My expectation for Cheetah is high af but dude @PattyJenk really outdone herself holyshit," tweeted a fan.



 

"The second official trailer for WONDER WOMAN 1984 has arrived & it looks epic! They finally revealed Cheetah & she looks great! #WW84#DCFanDome," tweeted another fan.



 

''Wonder Woman 1984' was meant to be released in June this year, but due to the pandemic it was pushed to August, and now it has been delayed again.
