‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Jennifer or Kate, whose side are you on? Here's what happens after the slap fest

Thanks to Abigail, Jennifer found out about Jack's affair with Kate and now things could come tumbling down

If the last episode of ‘Days of Our Lives’ was all about the drama that followed after Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) replaced Belle Black (Martha Madison) at her wedding with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), the next one will add a bit of holiday fever as the Hortons gather to celebrate Thanksgiving. 

In the new episode airing November 25, 2020, Gwen Davies (Emily O'Brien) — who made quite a comeback in June — will manipulate Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail Deveraux (Marci Miller). If you thought the holidays will be a happy affair, you are wrong. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will have a troubled time as Abigail and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) make it clear they are on Jennifer Horton's (Melissa Reeves) side. 

Thanks to Abigail, Jennifer found out about Jack's affair with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). When she went to confront her, Kate revealed it was a year ago and she had no interest in her husband. In a fit of rage, Jennifer retorted, “Like you had no interest in my father?” Accusing her of sleeping with men and taking advantage of their tragic times, Jennifer slapped Kate when the latter said his heart was into it along with the rest of his body. Giving Jennifer a lecture in return, Kate told her to “Get over yourself!” 

Now, as Jennifer is hurt and heartbroken, Julie Olson Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) might also lash out at Jack in the upcoming episode. Will Jennifer ever forgive Jack? Meanwhile, Kate is having a fling with Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) now and wants him to keep their affair under the wraps. However, Jake tells her they have nothing to hide. Will the details of their relationship become public knowledge soon enough? Remember how Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) nearly caught Jake in Kate's room? 

Several fans were disgusted to see the two of them together and even blasted Kate for sleeping with almost everyone, and more so, for her massive age difference with Jake. If the two really do go public, will it chart a path to end their relationship?

In the war between Jennifer and Kate, fans seem to have already sided with Jennifer. "There is no being in Kates corner. Especially after her scenes with Jennifer. There is no justifying this. She knew Jack was in a bad place and slept with him anyway because she felt they had a connection. She turned being a supportive friend into something more," one tweet read and another said, "The one thing Kate is usually still good for is stuff with her kids, but instead she beds Jake and Jack, hits Jennifer, and we have to watch Philip with Sunshine Maggie."
