The final six couples took to the ballroom stage on Monday night for the quarterfinals, at the end only five remained standing after Sean Spicer was eliminated. That leaves us with Ally and Sasha, Kel and Witney, James and Emma, Hannah and Alan and Lauren and Gleb battling it out for the mirrorball trophy.
Ally and Sasha seem to be in the lead when it comes to the judges' scores, as the pair received a perfect score this week. They are also the first couple to get a perfect score this season. Now with Spicer out of the scene, fans will finally be at peace when it comes to voting. Standing first with the highest score is undoubtedly Ally and Sasha, following them with the second-highest score are James and Emma. Hannah and Alan stand in the third spot when it comes to the scores.
Last season, the winner was Bobby Bones, who was as bad as Spicer when it came to dancing, but he won the season because he was a fan- favorite. With that not set to happen this season, we have put out a poll to see who fans are rooting for.
But they don't determine everything since most of it at the end of the day is left up to the fans' votes. Next week when 'Dancing With The Stars' season 28 returns, the final five contestants will battle it out with two dance rounds. For the semi-finals, the couples will have to perform an unlearned dance and one redemption dance.
Though over the past few weeks, the contestants were filtered out, the remaining couples are all fan favorites, and it is easily anyone's game when it comes to fans' votes. No matter who wins, one thing is for sure, fans and viewers are finally happy that Sean Spicer is out and this season's winner will not be like last season.
