'DWTS' Grease Night: Jimmie Allen's performance has fans saying 'respect'

It's Monday night once again and with it, we see the much-awaited return of 'Dancing With The Stars'. The ABC dance competition brings refreshing new themes to the stage every week leaving audiences quite satisfied with the variety the contestants display with their make-up and costumes.

Country singer Jimmie Allen who has been paired with pro Emma Slater has been displaying his dancing chops well and is so fun to watch as he thoroughly enjoys his performance even singing along adorably to the song. Fans have been loving his energy and we completely agree that he lights up the stage. For tonight's Grease Night he and Slater danced the foxtrot to “Sandy”. Here's what the judges said about his performance.

We were greeted by the good news of the birth of Jimmie Allen's daughter. Sharing her name - Zara, Jimmie said he was grateful for all the well wishes. Coming to the judges, Carrie Ann pointed out that he needs to work on his balance but that he did a good job. She scored him an 8. Judge Bruno congratulated him over his new baby. He said the dance was very dynamic and that it had great storytelling. He scored Cody a 9. Judge Derek too said it was a great performance and scored a 9 as well. Judge Len said there was flair but advised he needs to work on the hold and balance. He like Carrie Ann gave a score of 8. Jimmie's total came to 34 out of 40.

Here's what fans thought of his performance. A fan said, "In my opinion, that was his best dance so far I mean the connection, the chemistry, the fluidity, it was all so well done it wasn't perfect technically, but I enjoyed this dance very much, he is showing improvement very well #DWTS #DWTS30". Another viewer said, "Jimmie is COMMITTING to this shit. Respect #DWTS". A user commented, "Love watching Jimmie dance. Makes me smile #dwts ". 

A viewer said, "Also Jimmie and Emma are gonna win. That country crowd is gonna pull through. #DWTS". A fan commented, "jimmie is that celebrity i didn’t know at all prior to the show that i have absolutely fallen in love with #dwts". A viewer said, "Emma & Jimmie consistently deliver every week.
