Smac McCreanor, an Australian actress, participated in NBC's new show 'Dancing With Myself,' which premiered on May 31, 2022, at 10/9c. This was not Smac McCreanor's first appearance in a competition; she previously performed in Season 16 of 'So You Think You Can Dance.'

Smac McCreanor, known for her absurdist dance and slapstick vibe, attempted to win over the Creators and secure the audience's vote with her performance on 'Dancing With Myself.' Pop icons Nick Jonas and Shakira, as well as YouTube star Liza Koshy, appeared as celebrity Creators on the show, which is hosted by Camille Kostek. Smac's moves entertained not just the show's Creators, but also the spectators at home. Making it to the finale, Smac sure made fans fall off their chairs as she turns herself into one (literally!) for one of her performances.

Who is Smac McCreanor?

Smac McCreanor, a Los Angeles-based choreographer, content developer, and photographer has appeared in several TV shows, worldwide stage performances, and music videos. In the last 15 years, she has been in over 50 ads. Her interest in dance and acting began when she was just five years old. Throughout her childhood, she competed in national comedy contests, appeared in short films and television commercials, developed and performed theatrical performances at festivals, and displayed mixed media in gallery showings.

McCreanor furthered her education by enrolling in the Theatre and Visual Arts program at the Queensland Academy for Creative Industries and QUT University. In 2013, she received her first significant part in Dreamworks' 'How To Train Your Dragon.' She played Astrid in the film and did different acrobatic maneuvers and dances. She opted to "formally relocate from Australia to the United States" when the project concluded. Her abilities have allowed her to work on a variety of projects in Los Angeles. She has appeared in shows such as CBS's 'Liza on Demand,' 'Why Women Kill,' and AMC's 'Fear the Walking Dead.' She has worked with well-known companies such as Hoover, Sleepnumber, Google, Sparkle, and Honda. From amusing live audience to making Nick Jonas chuckle

Smac's eccentric dancing talents wowed both the crowd and the Creators as she made it through the first round, "All Eyes on You." In the "Freestyle Battle Round," she competes against plus-size model Jeremy, and she impresses the crowd with her immaculate caterpillar dance move. Shakira praises the "land down under" contender for integrating comedy into her dancing act. The following round, "The Dance Along," was a breeze for the Australian creator, as she was part of the winning team (with Caitlyn, Marcus, and Marco) who nailed the choreography from this week's special celebrity guest, Nikki Glaser. In "Duo Collabs," Smac is teamed with flight attendant Marcus to perform a choreography devised by one of the Creators, Liza Koshy. Even though the pair wound up in a red pod, Nick couldn't help but notice their amusing act of crawling in the middle of their dancing session. Shakira likened the duo's faultless "in sync" performance to her own and Nick's. Since the audience chose Tyra and Jeremy as the winning combination, and the Creators, who could rescue two individual Contestants, saved Smac and Marcus, advancing them to the semi-finals.

Smac stole the show in the "The Shake-Up" round by transforming herself into a chair when they were asked to use it as a prop in the dance choreographed by the presenter, Camille Kostek. Not only did this make the Creators, particularly Nick, chuckle, but viewers at home cited it on Twitter. One Twitter user wrote: "Go Ahead Smac killing it as a #DancingWithMyself"

Another viewer couldn't believe what they saw and tweeted: "Did she just make herself the chair??! #DancingWithMyself"

After being saved by the Creators, Smac advances to the final round, "Be the Creator." She had to perform a dance she choreographed at home to the same tune as the other competitor, Tyra, in the finals. The audience has the final ability to choose the winner and who receives the $25,000 prize. Even when Smac falls short of Tyra's powerpack performance, fans on social media are ecstatic by her dancing. One of them praised her performance and crowned her their favorite: "#DancingWithMyself SMAC is my favorite !! Sha dances sooooo good !!!"

Impressed by her performance, a crazy fan didn't shy away from asking Smac's hands in marriage, as they tweet: "#smac #DancingWithMyself #mvp and marry me"

Tune in to NBC Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET to discover who will be taking the pods on 'Dancing With Myself,' or stream it the following day on NBC.com or Peacock.
