Daisy Ridley definitely did not drop any spoilers about the film, but she did share a little bit about how she got a green belt in kickboxing while training for 'Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker' on Tuesday's 'Live with Kelly and Ryan'.

Speaking about it, she said, "I started doing kickboxing training when we were training for the film and I achieved my green belt." She further added, "Jaime, who is training me, is part of our stunt team and I have a thing about people being too close to me. Initially, we were working on people being in my space. Apparently, I am a lot tougher now, which is great. Then I trained for my green belt. It was a very difficult exam and I got it."

Speaking of what does happen in the film, Ridley explained J. J. Abrams finished the film just two days ago and so she hasn't watched the film. She was asked if she could tease a bit of what is to come in the film considering not much about the plot has been revealed to audiences so far.

Ridley said, "Apparently JJ only finished two days ago. So we haven't seen it either. And we started filming last August, so there's a lot that I had forgotten." She then added playfully, "So what does happen in the film?"

Considering the trailers released so far, there are many easter eggs fans have broken down with enthusiasm and one of them happens to be a still of Rey (portrayed by Ridley) with a red lightsaber, signifying she may have just ended up on the dark side. Pointing to this particular still, Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest asked Ridley, "Have you gone to the dark side?"

She answered, "Maybe there is a moment in the film." Ryan then continues, "Do you come back?" Ridley replies with a question of her own, "Do I?" This, of course, left the hosts speechless and us completely entertained.

Speaking of the film, Ridley added, "It's a really big emotional story for me, but also, which is indicative of what every one has seen in speeder chase, so much so fun, like group back together. It felt really good when we were doing it, I really am so excited."

'Live with Kelly and Ryan' airs weekdays nationwide.
