When 'Cobra Kai' Season 1 premiered on YouTube Red in May 2018, safe to say, it took the world by storm. Created by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, the martial arts comedy-drama is based on the cult 'The Karate Kid' film series and sees stars William Zabka and Ralph Macchio reprise their roles as Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso from the series. Set 34 years after the events of 'The Karate Kid', the series also features Xolo Maridueña, Jacob Bertrand, Courtney Henggeler, Tanner Buchanan and Mary Mouser.

Now, the series has hit Netflix and the only question fans have is about the arrival of Season 3. A third season was set to release in September this year but with the pandemic, Netflix has said the new installment comes out in 2021. Our best guess is that the series might hit early in the year. With 30-minute episodes, 'Cobra Kai' is a perfect binge-watch series that left fans asking for more. "When's Season 3 coming?" is the most asked question right now.

Coming to the question pretty directly: "Screw the first two seasons, when the third?"

For most fans who caught the '84 flick, this was all about taking them back to the past. "The nostalgia works. Started watching 'Cobra Kai' last night and down to only 3 eps left of Season 2."

And there was gratitude too. "I was so excited when I heard this I binged 'The Karate Kid' again! I started watching 'Cobra Kai' at 8 am and am already almost done probably one of my favorite shows!!!! Thank you for making it!" a fan wrote.

Those who caught the series for the first time were perplexed about Johnny showcased as the baddie even in the series. "Really not understanding why there trying to make Johnny out to be the bad guy on Cobra Kai," one of the fans reckoned.

This fan, in particular, felt it was cool a sit imparted life lessons: "I don’t think violence should ever be the first solution to a problem, but I’m not living in a fantasy world. I know some times you need to just fight back. It’s pretty cool how Cobra Kai is dealing with this."

But there are naysayers too. One fan didn't really fancy the ending of Season 2. "Random thought: The finale for the second season of Cobra Kai was an embarrassing heap of horseshit."

To decide whether you agree with the point, you can start streaming Seasons 1 and 2 of 'Cobra Kai' on Netflix.
