Known for his stellar performance as Pennywise the clown, Bill Skarsgard was born to set sail with the acting anchor, on the shores of success.

Skarsgard's latest project is of him playing the lead character in a mini-series, 'Clark'. The crime drama portrays the remarkable story of Clark Oleffson, his creation of the term Stockholm Syndrome and how he had the whole of Sweden wrapped around his finger despite his notorious, infamous crimes. Tune in to watch 'Clark' as it is scheduled to drop on May 5, 2022, on the popular streaming platform.

What is Bill Skarsgard's net worth? 

The Swedish actor has a net worth of a whopping $5 million to his name, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The man has made a name for himself by scaring the living daylights off of the entire world by portraying the iconic character, Pennywise the clown in the hit horror films, 'It' (2017), and its sequel, 'It Chapter Two'. Both the movies are based on Stephen King's novel of the same name.

In addition, Bill also lent his voice to the character, Deviant Kro, in 'Eternals'. You're sure to see some great acting with his work on 'The Divergent' series as well as in 'John Wick: Chapter 4'. 



 

It's safe to say that Skarsgard makes nearly all of his wealth from the entertainment industry itself, a career which began since he was just 10 years old, and landed a small part in the Swedish film 'White Water Fury', starring alongside his brother Alexander. Fast forward to a couple of years down the line, at just 21 years of age, Skarsgard was nominated for and even won the European Film Academy's Shoot Stars Award, in 2012! 



 

While we know the actor portrays his best and thrives working in the horror and drama genres, some of his noteworthy roles include a recurring role as Roman Godfrey, on the Netflix series 'Hemlock Grove', which is based on the horror novel of the same name. He played the lead for all 3 seasons that the series aired. 

Having said that, Skarsgard comes from a family of actors. The 31-year-old is the son of the prominent Swedish actor, Stellan Skarsgard. That being said, the apple didn't fall far from the tree!
