Well, Christmas is all about miracles and happy things, but expecting a time capsule and it being real is a little too far fetched, or is it? With so many theories about time travel and quantum physics, one cannot accept or deny it because no such thing has been proved so far! But being Christmas, wonder what's in store for the citizens of this town. 

Based on this premise comes Hallmark's Christmas film ''Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy' and here's everything you need to know about the film ahead of its release.

Plot

Cast

 Maggie Lawson

Maggie is an American actress who started her career at the age of eight. She played Kim in 'Hang Time', a TV show in 1996. She played the role of Christa in the popular show 'Santa Clarita Diet'. Maggie is known for her role in films and shows such as 'Psych', ' Gamer', 'Cleaner' and 'Pleasantville'. She will be playing the lead role of the novelist in the Christmas film. 

Paul Greene

Paul is a Canadian actor known for his work on films such as 'Somewhere', 'Bitten', 'Harry's Law', and 'Beautiful Girl'. He is back with another Christmas film for Hallmark this year and in this film, he will be playing the role of Ben Baxter who lives in Evergreen. 

Director

Sean McNamara

Sean is an award-winning director who rose to fame with his critically acclaimed theatrical work on 'Soul Surfer'. He was also nominated for one Primetime Emmy award in 2005 for 'That's So Raven'. He is known for his cinematographical work for 'Even Stevens', 'Hoovey', 'Spare Parts' and 'Race to Space'.

The film will be premiering on Hallmark Channel on Wednesday, December 4 at 8:00 PM / 7:00c.
