Season 7 of 'Chicago PD' is a big one for Adam Ruzek -- he is expecting a baby with his former fiancée, Kim Burgess. But, it looks like things could get a little spicy after it was confirmed that Brian Geraghty would return as Sean Roman -- Burgess's former partner and ex-boyfriend -- to the show in a two-part crossover with 'Chicago Fire' in February.

MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) caught up with Patrick John Flueger, who plays Ruzek, at the 2020 NBC Universal Winter Press Tour in Pasadena. Flueger said, "There's a big crossover coming. We got Sean Roman coming back, played by Brian Geraghty, which is very exciting because he's a good pal of all of ours."

Geraghty left 'Chicago PD' at the end of Season 3, after two seasons as a regular character. When he returns as Roman, it will be for a story dealing with the investigation that involves Roman's sister. Of course, Roman's return would mean Burgess would have mixed feelings, after all, when he left they were still dating and Burgess had refused his offer to move with him to San Diego.

Though Flueger has not read the script yet, he is sure that "sparks will fly" during the "dramatic television" event. Flueger added, "I would gather they would try and find some drama for that situation."

Flueger's credits include 'Criminal Minds' and 'Law & Order: Special Victims Unit', but one show that he would love to be on is Netflix's 'The Witcher'. Flueger said, "There is a sword fight in the first episode of that show that is like the most bad fight -- outside of John Wick, which is all most mostly fisticuffs and guns -- I've ever seen in my entire life." He added, "If I could wield a sword and speak in an English accent, I'd be down with that."

When asked which superhero he'd liked to play, Flueger admitted that it would be Batman. However, he was all praise for Robert Pattinson, who will play the Dark Knight in the upcoming eponymous movie. Flueger said, "He's a good actor. [The] Lighthouse is amazing, he's something else." Flueger then said, "This kid's going to knock it out of the park. Robert Pattinson is going to kill it."

'Chicago PD' airs on NBC on Wednesday nights. The 'Chicago PD'-'Chicago Fire' crossover will air on February 26th.
