It has been a while since the last episode of 'NCIS: Hawai'i' aired. The conclusion to a two-parter called 'Spies' saw Agent in Charge Tennant's mentor and friend Maggie Shaw getting arrested for treason after the NCIS neutralized a Chinese spy ring.

We also got to see Lucy Tara and Kate Whistler talk after breaking up in Episode 11. They had only started to get closer, making dinner plans amid hectic work schedules, before separating as Lucy found out that Kate was still in a relationship with someone in DC. The last two episodes didn't show much of Lucy and Kate, except for a short conversation where the former walked away after saying "You were not honest. And that doesn't work for me." Fans of the couple, lovingly called 'Kacy,' were left heartbroken following the split and have spent the last month wondering whether the pair will reunite. Some even added their own theories, resulting in elaborate fanfiction. 'NCIS: Hawai'i' showrunners have neither confirmed nor denied the possibilities of Lucy and Kate getting back together. However, one of the series regulars has been feeding Kacy stans with hope.

Antoon's performance in it earned him a Drama Desk Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical. The 50-year-old actor has been in the industry since the late 90s, appearing in recurring or main roles in 'Electric City', 'Claws', and 'Famous in Love'. He has also played roles in films such as  'Minority Report', 'Music and Lyrics', and 'Noelle.'
