Spoilers for 'Bulletproof' Season 2 Episode 3

Noel Clarke and Ashley Walters's high-octane action-comedy 'Bulletproof' has gone truly international in Season 2. Episode 3 saw the boys heading to Amsterdam for their first proper globetrotting adventure and it was easily one of the best episodes the show has ever delivered. In exclusive interviews with MEA WorldWide (MEAWW), actors David Elliot and Stavros Zalmas, who play Tim "Jonesy" Jones and Alex Markides respectively, spoke about how fun this particular episode was.

"Episode 3 of Season 2 is my favorite episode of 'Bulletproof' ever because it's, it's so fun. The Amsterdam episode," Elliot said. "It's funny, the car chases through Amsterdam were hilarious but also action-packed." That car chase was a particular highlight of the episode and Stavros Zalmas opened up to MEAWW about the hours of effort that went into creating it. According to him, it took no less than seven hours of non-stop filming to get that beautiful sequence completed.

"Shooting in Amsterdam with these great car chases and action scenes, was just pure fun, adrenaline boost and tiredness at the same time," Zalmas told us. "These scenes are technically very difficult and have to be shot a lot of times in order to grasp all the greatness from all angles. An intense one for me was when Noel, Ashley, and I had to run around Amsterdam’s canals and small streets, chased by the police, for more than seven hours non-stop."

Despite the challenges, the actors somehow managed to pull through and the product speaks for itself. Luckily, the producers made sure that Walters, Clarke, and Zalmas were properly rewarded for all the effort or they may not have been able to pull through with the rest of the filming. "At the end of the day we were dead tired, our bodies were physically drained and it was challenging to even move the next day," Zalmas revealed. "However, we were in good hands, as our producers had gifted us with the greatest Dutch massage therapists and we were able to continue the shootings the next day."

'Bulletproof' Season 2 airs new episodes on Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on The CW.
